Comfortable and spacious apartment with great view on the sea of Favignana and direct access to the beach. Short walk away from the main square of the village, it can accommodate up to 6 guests in a modern and just renovated environment. HVAC provides heating and cooling for enjoying the apartment from March to November.

80 sqm apartment on the first floor, 15 sqm terrace facing the sea, spacious living room with dining area and two sofas converting as beds, two bedrooms, large kitchen fully furnished, bathroom with shower and addition shower outside.

The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen (induction cookstove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, …); one bedroom with queen size bed; one bedroom with two single beds that can be joint as needed; living room with TV set; backyard with outside shower, sink and clothes rack; use of garage downstairs.

Linens and towels available for all guests.

The apartment has direct access to the beach of Favignana named la Praia, enjoyable every day, in particular if you have kids, and especially when south winds blow.

In the afternoon, don’t miss the opportunity to visit the Stabilimento Florio museum, a wonderful example of industrial archeology, that you can admire from the terrace.

At night, after a nice walk in Favignana center or along the docks, and having tasted a nice gelato, you can relax staring at the lights of the harbor and enjoying the sea breeze.

You can easily get around Favignana by bike and there are several rentals along the way from the port to the apartment. You can leave your bike, or your car, in the garage below the apartment.

Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all other services are just a short walk away from the apartment.

The garage space is not a private space. The garage is a space we can enter anytime because is a common space between the 2 apartments. So out property manager can enter anytime. Privacy is guarantee in the apartment collocated to the first floor.
